/2 tbsp lemon zest 1/2 tbsp coriander (whole) 1 tsp gypsum 1 tsp Irish moss Wheat beer yeast … Held grain at ~158F for one hour in 4 gallons, then removed, raised to boil, added gypsum, and boiled honey, LME, DME, hops for one hour….
